Hello, my name is Leonardo, but my family and friends call me Silver! I have been in healthcare field since 2011 and I’ve been a Registered Nurse for over 5 years with majority of it as an ICU nurse. I have ample experience in providing care for older adults, individuals with dementia, mental health, and other chronic medical conditions. My parents always dreamed of having an adult family home, so together, we started one! Our goal is to provide care to our residents in a most loving and compassionate way we know.
Alma Afan, LPN

Hi! I am Alma Afan. I am a dialysis nurse at Northwest Kidney Centers. Prior to being a dialysis nurse, I worked in both assisted living and memory care facilities, with experience as a bedside nurse and a charge nurse. Like my son, Silver, I also enjoy working with our geriatric population, hence we opened our first adult family home. I am a foot care trained nurse. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, baking, and housekeeping.

Hello, my name is Lanisa. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Harborview Medical Center on one of the Intensive Care Units. I have been a CNA since 2005 and past experience as a Massage Practitioner. I have always had a soft spot for the elderly which inspired my decision to go into the healthcare field. I have experience in assisted living, memory care, hospice, and private care.
